Se trata de Marcelo Rocchetti, un penalista de altísimo perfil y un verdadero "pesado" de los pasillos de Comodoro Py.

No es la primera vez que Rocchetti logra un milagro judicial: su especialidad es rescatar a personajes sumamente oscuros cuando las papas queman.

Su lista de clientes históricos parece un catálogo del poder en las sombras, abarcando desde líderes de las barras bravas de Boca y River, como Rafael Di Zeo y Alan Schlenker, hasta el actual tesorero de la AFA, Pablo Toviggino.

El lazo más directo entre Leal y Toviggino son los registros de viajes privados hacia España en un avión atribuido al tesorero de la AFA, donde Leal compartió vuelo con otros funcionarios bajo la lupa, consolidando una estrecha relación de confianza.

Más allá de la política, existen pasiones comerciales comunes. Tanto Toviggino como Leal comparten su afición por los caballos criollos y figuran en registros oficiales con equinos de raza a su nombre.

Pero el propio Rocchetti no es ajeno al barro judicial: en 2018 tuvo que eyectarse de su cargo como Jefe de Gabinete del Ministerio de Seguridad bonaerense tras ser denunciado penalmente por Elisa Carrió por supuesta asociación ilícita y nexos opacos con el clan de los hermanos Lijo.

Hoy, su nombre vuelve a sacudir los tribunales tras conseguir que un exfuncionario atrapado con más de 2 millones de dólares en efectivo y un arsenal de drogas sintéticas termine descansando plácidamente en un departamento de Palermo bajo el argumento de su adicción.

Lo más inquietante es un dato que la Justicia aún intenta descifrar: el propio abogado apareció misteriosamente en la puerta de la casa de Leal minutos antes de que la Policía Federal iniciara el allanamiento. ¿Casualidad o la ventaja de tener los mejores contactos del país?
