The Steiners asked the wrestlers on Friday to be a sponge and soak up as much knowledge as they can. They did just that! In addition to new technique, we learned what it takes physically and mentally to get to the next level this off-season.

There isn’t a more personable group of men to lead our 2022 camp. We understand why Troy and Terry chose Brayton Lee and Kyle Burwick to join them this weekend. They both have a ton of passion for the sport and we hope that passion rubbed off on the wrestlers! Thank you!

2nd day of camp was another great day filled with technique, hard drills and live wrestling. Troy, Terry and Kyle were joined by Brayton Lee today. We finished our day with some great mental training tips from the Steiners! Final day tomorrow, let’s end the weekend strong!

Day 1 of the Steiner Folkstyle Extreme Camp at Sheyenne High School was a success. Over 60 kids got better today! Great technique and insight from Troy, Terry and Kyle. Back for more tomorrow morning!
