DAY 2 of publicly asking @UPS to help us locate our athletes’ practice wear.

Our cheerleaders show up, work hard, and put in hours of training every week.

Their practice wear? Apparently it’s been enjoying an extended vacation at a UPS facility in Ontario, California.

Over ONE MONTH. Same location. No movement. No meaningful answers.

We’ve done the phone calls. We’ve waited patiently. We’ve followed the process.

Now we’d just like our athletes to have the gear that was purchased for them.

We’re a competitive cheerleading gym in Las Vegas. This shipment contains practice wear for our young athletes who have been patiently waiting for their gear.

We’ve called UPS repeatedly. We’ve been given the same runaround, the same generic responses, and absolutely NO resolution.

At this point, we don’t need another apology or another customer service script.

We need someone to physically locate our boxes and get them moving.

A month in one facility is unacceptable.
