We are all different.
I pushed back any thought of passing the bar exam until I actually passed. Because I know myself to be the type to be distracted by the fantasy of good outcomes.
Do what works for you.
Do the important thing.
If it is to rest, do that.
If it is to study, do that.
If it is to take care of another person, do that.
You know what is important to you. Do that
Minimize regret.
If it is truly important, it will never be a waste.
Freshmen.
For recitations:
Prepare. Prepare. PREPARE. Read the necessary provisions, cases and annotations.
Speak loud. Being audible is a good stand-in for confidence.
Stay calm. Or try to appear to be.
Maintain good posture. You don’t only look more authoritative, it’s healthy.
How far along are you in your bar preparations?
Have you read through each topic in your bar syllabi at least once?
Are you timing your reading and typing speed?
You woke up today. Congratulations.
What do you have to do?
What are you actually going to do?
How much time, energy, and money are you prepared to spend to compensate for the difference between the two?
Don’t make this way more expensive than is necessary.
If you are working out the form of your answers in the bar exam, these are the traits your answers should possess and what you are exhibiting to the examiners:
1. Responsive➡️issue spotting
2. Correct and complete➡️knowledge
3. Direct and concise➡️efficient communication
#BarTip and #InLife
Do not use words you do not really know/understand.
You cannot be confident with your answer if you do not really know your answer.
