WB sees its future games strategy to involve more live-service, mobile, and free-to-play games.
"Rather than just launching a one-and-done console game, how do we develop a game around, for example, a Hogwarts Legacy or Harry Potter, that is a live-service where people can live and work and build and play in that world in an ongoing basis?", said WB Games CEO J.B. Perrette.

It's to the point now where if a new Star Wars game is announced, there's like a 40% chance that the game is actually going to release.
Why even get excited anymore?
@slcmof Took them 9 years and practically a whole new set of people too.
Arkham Asylum and City were both made in 2 years with less than a quarter of the staff. I think it's fair to say they're not the same studio anymore.
Speaking of, I'm greatly looking forward to Hundred Star Games
@MrSoldierman_ Oh I actually didn't know that. I haven't seen any leaks myself, but if that's true, I think that's super weird. I can't see how that'd be an even rivalry. GL is way too op for DS
I wish they had a more diverse Squad roster. 3 normal-powered humans just don't make sense
@IrogenYT@slcmof My mom until very recently thought the DCEU was a direct continuation of The Dark Knight trilogy because all the movies "came out so close together"
So yeah, general audiences have absolutely no clue what's going on
Just a reminder that demos of God of War 2018 looked absolutely terrible, and even the president of Sony thought it'd be a huge flop.
You have to be a special kind of stupid to judge leaked games year before release ๐
๐จ Attention #SuicideSquadGame fans! Leaks from the game are circulating. Please be cautious and avoid sharing them. Let's enjoy the experience together without any surprises ruined!
That's great but if it's not bundled in the actual disc release, meaning you need an update, the disc is still a paperweight in the future if the update goes down (which happened to a ton of PS3 games). It's way way better, but still wish they thought of this earlier.
