FWIW I get the frustration and not sticking head in the sand on some big recurring issues. But ultimately it's a question of whether you think manager / team have earned the right to go through a transition period & have a bit of a sticky spell. I think both have.

January is huge. Recruitment hasn't helped with how this season has gone...
