u must see the LP like a liquifier
the goal is to make btc-things liquid
ppl swap leaf > get axbt > get btc
= crc20 makes btc-things liquid
ppl swap axbt > LP get axbt > get btc
= crc20 makes btc-things liquid
and miners could exe the programs themselves to earn moar
$leaf 🌱
@LaMachina777 Got it, thanks. Fees paid in a token that's pumping is the best case; the real test is what the BTC-denominated return looks like once LEAF cools off. I'll keep tracking it.
they gave GPT-6 Astra Max and a Bitcoin node to a tiny koala 🐨
and that lil fucker used it to spam the blockspace with 6-7 tapleaf things 🌱
diabolical 😈
honk, listen ma boi: $leaf no bullshit we not playing the that scammi game like others
$leaf is account-based and it has a CMR (32 byte) so bitcoin itself recognizes the commitment
$axbt is bitcoin collateral locked in a timelocked vault
the script defines the output at the input: you put a UTXO in and have 2 outcomes only:
you return the $axbt you were credited and you get your UTXO back
OR
only after the timelock: someone else returns the $axbt and takes it.
you can always recover your own UTXO without waiting for other vaults to mature and without having to repay someone else's position first.
everything is enforced by bitcoin: no layer 2, no multisig, no federation, no sidechain or such thingi
"the 32-byte tweak makes the address the state" study
> you lock $BTC in a vault
> you receive $axbt
> you put $axbt and $leaf in the liquidity pool
> you collect the fees from the swaps
> you exit the pool with more $axbt and/or $leaf
> return the $axbt directly to the vault
> it unlocks your $BTC from the vault
>> extra $axbt can be swapped back to $leaf
>> used to repay someone else's matured vault
>> sold on an order book (brc20-like marketplace)
your bitcoin are sitting in your wallet
they could be liquid bc they are locked in a vault
TVL for the first time on $BTC entry and exit are 100% liquid and guaranteed by BTC itself + you have an incentive to liquidate others
the $axbt collateral sits between 110 % and 150 % and when someone hasn't repaid it before its maturation date, the vault can be liquidated. to liquidate you must repay in $axbt. so the liquidator has to:
> open their own vault
> get the $axbt
> liquidate someone at 1<>1.1 up to 1<>1.5 rate
> keep their own position covered
they calculate a risk margin that leaves them an arbitrage they win
check onchain: people open vaults, liquidate others, then enter the liquidity pool to grow the position before their own vault matures or gets rekt
smart money makes +13 % pnl average with 3 txs
the loop is fucked up
from the moment you hold bitcoin until you leave the pool and recover bitcoin you have generated more BTC and it's trustless from start to finish
the last exponent or last meta idk how we shoud call it
beleaf 🌱
@LaMachina777@J25dunn Honk 🪿 Proud to join the silly goose club. All good, drop that Leaf thread whenever—curious how AXBT CDPs and the L1 pools cook yield straight on Bitcoin.
