I have signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Embassy of France in Uganda, Konrad Adenauer Stiftung and Alliance Francaise for the joint hosting of the 9th edition of the Geopolitics of Kampala Conference to be held on April 15th and 16th at Makerere University. Interesting topics are lined up for the conference, including the emerging ‘world order’ and Africa’s position in it, Climate Change, and others.
