BTS has dominated the US Billboard charts with their solo activities.
According to the latest chart released by Billboard on June 18 (local time), Jungkook's digital single "Never Let Go," which he released on June 7, entered the main song chart "Hot 100" at No. 97. This marks Jungkook's seventh solo entry on the chart, breaking his own record for the most Hot 100 entries by a K-pop solo artist. "Never Let Go" also debuted on the Digital Song Sales (#3), Global (excluding U.S.) (#12), and Global 200 (#20) charts.
Jin's self-released song "Super Tuna," which he released in 2021 to celebrate his birthday (Dec. 4), re-entered the World Digital Song Sales at No. 1, marking a year and seven months since "Super Tuna" debuted on the chart. On June 13, Jin met with fans at an offline event at the 2024 FESTA in Seoul, Korea, where he performed "Super Tuna" to a great response from the audience.
BTS's performance on the album charts also stands out. On the World Albums chart, BTS' collaborative album "Proof" (No. 7) spent 105 weeks on the chart, while Jimin's solo album "FACE" (No. 10) spent 58 weeks on the chart. RM's solo sophomore album "Right Place, Wrong Person" was ranked as the Top Sales Album (No. 15).
On the Global 200, Jungkook's solo single "Seven (feat. Latto)" (No. 49) and "GOLDEN's" title track "Standing Next to You" (No. 117) rebounded from the previous week, while Jimin's solo album title track "Like Crazy" re-entered the chart at No. 194. "Seven" (No. 31), "Standing Next to You" (No. 68), and "Like Crazy" (No. 158) fell back in "Global (excluding US)," while Jungkook's solo single "3D (feat. Jack Harlow)" (No. 193) re-entered the chart.
