10 years ago today I got a junior chemistry kit

Nearly 5 years later I got my first university lab coat

In the last month I celebrated a year since graduating with an MSc in biochemistry, and a year as a medical writer

What I wouldn’t give to tell this to my younger self…

Tonight I get to enjoy a cup of tea by candle light on my balcony, watching the sun set over the Manchester skyline. Tomorrow night, I get to prepare for my first day at my new job.
