Back in the office, and realize the one thing COVID has shut down more than anything is international shipments. We must have more than 10 lots of specimens and science-y stuff that needs to be sent around the world. #thisishowMISErolls
Time for some positive #conservationbiology tweets from Okinawa. How about this massive and healthy Heliopora colony from the east coast? #thisishowMISErolls

Our recent paper on abyssal fauna in eastern Australia led by @DrTimOHara is out. Cool finding is that up to 58% of the collected fauna is undescribed. More taxonomic work is needed on these specimens! I am glad to be a part of the team. https://t.co/2IYEEVasTK
MISE had 2 PhD students and 1 MSc student graduate yesterday. Two received the President's Award for outstanding academic achievement, and the other funding from Okinawa Pref for international research. Congrats! #thisishowMISErolls
