Last week, we evaluate the association of old and modern varieties with bacteria of interest. We identified varieties that showed a greater association. One selected varieties show a number of colonies/gram from 60 to 155 times higher than the non-selected ones. @FutureGrain

Our analyses show how phenotypic aspects vary among varieties. The different anatomical features of the cod in ancient and modern varieties are a direct cause of the different productivity. @FutureGrain
