Jehovah’s Witnesses may have to reckon with the deaths their doctrine contributed to. But as a medical professional, I also struggle with those who knew transfusion was a way out and still chose the doctrine. Why couldn’t you think of & for yourself? Aunty Esther comes to mind 💔

I honestly don’t even know what to say💔 My friend’s wife is really dead & I’m still struggling to process this. It was really sad watching her pregnancy pictures being compared with Temi Otedola’s here & now she’s gone. This one has really shaken me, Life truly gives no grace 💔

Some encounters carry more weight because of the legacy attached to the person standing in front of you.

I was privileged to meet Emeritus Professor Osato Giwa-Osagie at the 2023 Association for Reproductive and Family Health (AFRH) Conference.

Prof. Giwa-Osagie is a pioneer of assisted reproductive medicine in Nigeria. He played a foundational role in pioneering IVF at LUTH, contributing to the work that led to Nigeria’s first IVF birth in 1989.

Meeting him was a reminder that progress in healthcare is built over decades; through research, persistence, teaching and the courage to pursue what once seemed impossible.

It was an honour to meet a pioneer whose work has not only shaped reproductive medicine in Nigeria, but also expanded the possibilities for the generations that came after.

Heartbreaking 💔💔🥺This viral pregnant lady whose nose became noticeably bigger during pregnancy has reportedly died.

She reportedly gave birth to twins in May and, according to a family member who shared the news on TikTok, she later died from cardiac arrest.

She was reportedly only 26 years old.

May her soul rest in peace, and may God give her family the strength to cope with this loss. 🕊️
