Bad Omega3s are essentially rancid oil. 3rd party labs can measure totox (total oxidation, lower the better), not everyone reports their results, so I run my own 3rd party testing (I pay @Labdoor). This is by far the lowest oxidation I've seen, coming from @PureEncaps - it's an expensive Omega3 but very clean. Zero affiliation, just sharing for the knowledge. 🙏 cc: @foundmyfitness
