I don't understand that logic. What was sold is equivalent, for him, to the cost of a complimentary dinner at a luxury restaurant with thousands of premium items on the menu.

يُسمى هذا القانون "قانون تحديث الاحتياطي الأمريكي لعام 2026".

المادة 2. النتائج.

يُقرّ الكونغرس بما يلي:

(1) يشهد المشهد المالي العالمي تطورًا سريعًا، حيث تلعب الأصول الرقمية دورًا متزايد الأهمية في الاقتصاد العالمي.

(2) أظهر البيتكوين مرونةً وانتشارًا واسعًا، وشكّل وسيلةً للتبادل ومخزنًا للقيمة لأكثر من عقد.

يُقرّ الكونغرس بما يلي:

(3) كما مثّلت احتياطيات الذهب تاريخياً حجر الزاوية للأمن المالي الوطني، يُمثّل البيتكوين أصلاً رقمياً قادراً على تعزيز الريادة المالية والأمن المالي للولايات المتحدة في الاقتصاد العالمي للقرن الحادي والعشرين.
