Dear God ,
It's always you I'm counting on.
I have no options and bridges built for me.
Make way for me and thousand others that one day we shall say
God did it.
In 1994 I was done with my A-Level exam and my dad who was in the US at the time wanted me to join him there to start life. So he used the World Cup as the entry point. When I went to the embassy, which was in the same building where the ministry of ICT is sharing the building with the British High Commission at the time on parliament Avenue, the consular told me that I had not proved that I had enough ties here to go and come back to Uganda. I was devastated because the truth was there was no plan to come back here at all. 😂😂😂😂 I have since been to the US twice and back.
I am extremely glad that they never said yes to my request at the time.
I guess I need to go to the US for a week soon.
Y’all love acting rich and flexing online, but one serious illness later and it’s fundraising campaigns to stay alive. Maybe let’s be a bit more honest about how fragile things really are
I thank @PoliceUg for the work done so far to apprehend some of the perpetrators in the murder of Sydney. We, however, ask for much more in ensuring that investigations are done in earnest and justice is swiftly served.
Mob justice should never be an option in our communities, and I strongly condemn the act of taking the law into our own hands. Sydney didn't deserve to meet death in this gruesome manner.
My heartfelt condolences go to the @UgandaRugby, the family and the entire sports family in Uganda.
