Résultat : trajet passé dans les escaliers, bon d’achat de 15%. (Train complet et 55 personnes dans mon cas)

La moindre des choses serait de me rembourser ma place ! Je l’ai payé et me retrouve assis dans les escaliers pendant tout le trajet ! C’est lamentable !
