@dr_dvus @Labrador_Husky You would be surprised I think by the behaviours and precautions I have to share. The Labrador Huskies are quite unique. Buddy is why I insist all Windows and doors with screen remain closed at all times. The first few weeks they will see how they can flee.

Indy was neutered yesterday!
He is doing really well but needed a pool noodle added under the doughnut collar because he could get at his incision. He left quite an impression on the NS SPCA! He howled and woowoo’d from the minute they dropped him off until they picked him up 😂

It’s hard to imagine Indy was a #sleddog up in #Labrador. He is such a sweet, loving, happy boy. He was born in #Makkovik and mushed in Port Hope and Goose Bay. The #Inuit @Labrador_Husky’s are the most gentle souls on the planet. I will never home any other breed 🐺 ♥️

Take out at my house! Amaguk will not eat in the house, never has. She has mangled that bowl just right so she can pick it up and carry it where she wants to eat. I hope that bowl lasts forever because she is so particular. She is something else this one and I love her quirks ♥️

If I didn’t tell you that Indy was a retired sled dog, that never lived in a home you would never know. He has been with mom and dad for three weeks. He coexists with two cats peacefully, walks instead of runs, comes when called and has just learned how to sit. He’s a good boy ♥️

Indy had his 1st vet appointment with Dr. Collard @cobequidanhosp and he was such a good boy. I think he loves Dr. Collard as much as we do! #Vaccines, #dewormer and #healthcheck all done! Booster next month and then his neuter 😱
