@loveholidays Not getting anywhere on your online chat so; on 19/07 spoke about luggage issue. Been chasing since. Was told cabin bags were inc BEFORE booking holiday. They aren't. Going to cost £500+. If not rectified TODAY I will be taking this to the financial ombudsman.

@ONP_Legal tried calling 26 times today, can’t get through and not heard anything back from emails and voicemails. Every day it’s the same; numerous calls and nothing sorted by the end of the day - supposed to be exchanging Friday and still had no paperwork! Beyond frustrating
