@dogskins @Moosifurr_ @MadebyMuttmix That’s a lie, actually.. and they used that lie to try to convince Echo that she is getting an “insurance refund” that she cannot provide proof of. She is using lies to guilt trip you into not asking you for a refund. She can never provide proof of these bills.

If this isn’t successful, ask Muttmix for refund deadline or you will pursue legal action.

@Moosifurr_ @dogskins @MadebyMuttmix Correct! Usually the process is providing proof you tried to contact seller to resolve the matter and the seller refusing to solve it (this is a no brainer since muttmixx is a scam artist and lies a lot) and proof of original payment.

@dogskins @Moosifurr_ @MadebyMuttmix Call your bank/ credit provide or file a claim online. I was able to successfully do this and get my money back when I ordered anime goods that were a year late and never came but paypal didn’t want to help me.

@dogskins @Moosifurr_ @MadebyMuttmix Sorry to butt in but you should absolutely do a charge back. Was the payment removed from a credit card or bank card? If paypal cant help, you can charge back through the bank card/ credit card the money was pulled from.

So @MadebyMuttmix has STILL not refunded but is also ignoring/ghosting @Echo_Luve who has waited 4 YEARS her fursuit. She claimed it got lost in the mail but never had proof of shipping or a claim. No completed photos either. She's made it so people can't comment on her posts.
