@johnlewishelp The manager, who did not even come over to speak to us and look at the damage with us, refused to give us money off on the basis that they couldn't see any damage. If they came over we would have shown them but as stated above, they refused to even engage with us at all 2/2

@johnlewishelp Very disappointing service yesterday, We wanted to buy a trainer, but the insole was damaged inside. Also the back of the trainer was dirty/soiled. The staff in charge refused to give money off and refused to check the shoe or engage with us at all. So rude.

@johnlewishelp We wanted to buy a pair of trainers in your Westfield White City branch. After trying on three pairs of trainers, with the help of a friendly assistant, we found a pair that we wanted to buy but could see that the trainers were stained and the insole was coming up 1/2

@Tesco so disappointed that the jam tarts are not up to standard. Did they even BAKE the pastry? It doesn't look baked at all. How did quality control pass this? I love jam tarts and now I will have to throw the pack away. 😔
