We kicked off the cassava seed distribution systems project yesterday in Lambwe Valley in Homa Bay. We developed a model farm, which will be our learning site together with other local cassava farmers and seed developers.
This project aims to sustain cassava production by ensuring the availability of clean and certified seeds.
We are grateful to MEDA for supporting such an important undertaking to boost food security in the region.
