Another repeating complaint: "I know I'm #lactose intolerant but I still have milk / ice cream / cheese". Well, I guess you need to make some choices.

Again searched twitter for #lactose, just out of curiosity. Used to be a lot of complaining about pizza. Now there was lot of sadness over ice cream. I wish everyone would have access to #lactosefree ice cream!

@TabibuHamadi @massa_damnata I don't think it has anything to do with race, but the ability to tolerate lactose is genetic mutation. I guess it happened in the North and there it was more useful =>got common. We who are intolerant are the originals :-)

@JustinRutberg The aged cheese is practically #lactosefree. Most of hard cheese like swiss cheese and also blue cheese are ok for #lactose intolerants.

@victormvilla37 Oreos are usually dairyfree... and then use some other sort of "milk"? Almond, oat, soymilk? Or lactose free milk.

@_mia_joy_ Easy to find dark chocolate that doesn't contain milk. (There is also #lactose free milk chocolate at least in Spain, Germany and Finland)
