In my opinion, the healthiest way to approach crypto, especially if you are an investor and not a degen trader, is simple:
When you find a solid project, do your research, build a comfortable position, then close your crypto app and go live your life productively.
You don’t need to stare at charts every five minutes.
Check back after a few months.
If it has appreciated, you can remove your capital if you wish and secure profits.
If you’ve found one or two strong projects, focus on them. Build your position steadily.
If it dips and you still believe in the fundamentals, and you have spare capital, accumulate more.
But if after buying a coin you’re checking your wallet every minute, you are not emotionally ready for this market. And eventually, you will lose.
Why?
Because you’ll start comparing.
You’ll see another coin pumping.
You’ll grow impatient.
Greed will whisper.
And you’ll sell your position to chase momentum.
That cycle is how people bleed in this market.
Also, if you truly believe in a project, contribute to its visibility. Support the community. Help amplify the narrative. Sometimes you don’t just hold your bag, you help build it.
And finally:
Don’t blame your emotional indiscipline on callers or community leaders. Their role is to present solid opportunities. You are not obligated to enter every single one.
Discernment is your responsibility.
Risk management is your responsibility.
Emotional control is your responsibility.
Be wise.
