We ended the 2026 session around 5 AM this morning and we went out with a bang!
1) FL style voting is on the ballot. No Hobbs signature required. The people of AZ decide if they want voter ID, citizenship requirements, and no more prolonged counting of ballots.
2) Empowerment Scholarships will be safe. Two thirds of AZ voters love ESAs. Now they can’t be dismantled.
3) No more teacher’s unions using our public tax payer dollars to indoctrinate our children.
All on the ballot this November.
Democrats are now scrambling to raise money to fight back. Your AZ Republicans finally went on offense and crippled them for the midterms.
We fought for the people of AZ and we delivered in a huge way. Onward to November!!!
BREAKING: Arizona House passed a resolution banning taxpayer funding of teachers unions.
The vote was 31–22.
It passed the Senate 16–13.
It now goes to the ballot.
This is a short clip from BBC Question Time of Sarah Wakefield and Robert Kenyon debating immigration and housing supply issues in the UK.
Kenyon makes a straightforward economic argument as Wakefield fails to grasp basic supply/demand.
SARAH WAKEFIELD: "The idea of blaming our housing crisis on immigration is absolutely wild to me, actually."
ROBERT KENYON: "...more immigration means more people in the country, which means more demand for housing..."
WAKEFIELD: "He's really good at explaining things."
WAKEFIELD: "Do you think if we locked down our borders, we're going to solve the housing crisis?"
KENYON: "The more people you have in the country, the more houses you need."
Hilarious! Does China remember being OVERWHELMINGLY RULED AGAINST BY THE TRIBUNAL IN THE HAGUE IN 2016?!
In the 2016 South China Sea arbitration case brought by the Philippines against China under the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS). The tribunal, sitting in The Hague under the auspices of the Permanent Court of Arbitration, ruled OVERWHELMINGLY against China’s legal position on several maritime claims. It found, among other things, that:
China’s “nine-dash line” claim had NO LEGAL BASIS under UNCLOS.
China had violated certain Philippine sovereign rights within the Philippines’ Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ).
Some Chinese activities, including island-building and interference with Philippine activities, were ILLEGAL. @MFA_China 🇺🇸
It is becoming increasingly difficult to ignore the appearance of coordinated misconduct among election officials engaged in this kind of behavior. If election officials are systematically refusing to accept Pratt’s voters’ ballots, the U.S. Attorney should examine whether the facts support a RICO investigation and prosecution.
It’s time to get the adults in the room.
Ballot manipulation by public officials could potentially implicate RICO if it involves a coordinated enterprise, a pattern of qualifying criminal acts, and conduct affecting interstate commerce—a standard that courts have interpreted broadly. U.S. Attorneys, through the Department of Justice, have the authority to investigate and prosecute such federal crimes within their districts.
