@LookfantasticCS I’m going round in circles here!! 2 damaged parcels, one item of seven delivered, I’ve sent multiple photos, missing item forms, emails, tweets, live chat (no response) and I’ve STILL not received the six missing items! Latest update ‘your item was delivered (1)

@naeblis85 @LookfantasticCS Tbh, my EVRI guy is fab. It’s the idiots at dispatch and processing unit that are at fault. And @lookfantastic for selling stock they don’t have!! Lots of people complaining about delayed orders…. Not all EVRI’s fault. Complete shower
