@British_Airways how come we are not able to talk to anybody in complaints and refunds? Why isn’t BA able to communicate with its customers? For how many many more days do we need to wait to get an answer? Is constant “we are too busy now” a valid excuse?
@British_Airways@British_Airways no it doesn’t help. Because it doesn’t offer a response or a refund. You can’t just take payment for a service, not deliver the service and expect to keep the money. How about you employ enough staff to provide the service and/or respond to the complaints?
@British_Airways 11 wks I’ve waited with still no response. If you have so many complaints to be dealing with that it takes 11 wks +to respond, then there is something seriously wrong with this airline and it should not be the British flag carrier and does not deserve my business
2 months since I had two cancelled flights with @British_Airways and still no word from Customer relations with regards compensation and my expenses incurred - terrible service to your customers #BritishAirways
@MartinSLewis please look at all the tweets about @British_Airways and no one getting any communication or response to compensation and expenses incurred for cancellation-it’s a real mess and they are making it impossible as no one to speak to in person
@British_Airways I’ve submitted updates to hear back from your Customer relations team 3 times since 27th May with regards to getting my compensation and expenses paid for 2 cancelled flights in one day - nothing back - @MartinSLewis can you help ? Thanks

@British_Airways it’s now way over 28 days to hear with regards to refunding my costs and compensation after two flight cancellations leaving me severely out of pocket - I’ve updated my claim twice but still no word from you - just told you are “working on it”
