when your ego is too big to admit your fault 🤨

@Svntvmvriv @Spideraxe30 'KICK does not pay Partners for Gambling content' BUT stake compensated gambling streamers by raising the pay on their gambling contracts. It was a move to monopolize gambling content on the platform. Why are you being disingenuous?

[Dima A🌸🌸🌸 @ladydimaa]

@Svntvmvriv @Spideraxe30 Why do you keep bringing this up like it's some revolutionary feature? It isn't hidden by default. Not even for accounts registered as under 18. Twitch isn't perfect either, but at least gambling streams are hidden by default and aren't featured on the front page or sidebar

@MarvelRivals Who thought rewarding channels based on raw spam was a good idea?

Chats are unreadable, streamers are handing out VIP/MOD status so viewers can bypass chat limits. Every participating channel's chat turns into the same wall of "!CHARGE" command spam. Fun concept, awful execution

Rockstar has listed NoPixel V as a title within the Rockstar Games Launcher backend with today's update.

[Dima A🌸🌸🌸 @ladydimaa]

Hmm. Is this being applied consistently? I remember plenty of Rust event streams AFK for hrs milking KPP. Didn't Aria's spycam streams get funded by Kick Studios? Didn't @PirateSoftware publicly brag about KPP revenue from his 24/7 ferret channel? @kick @Svntvmvriv @crashoverride

According to kick you can’t even take breaks. I’ve gotten hard earned money revoked because I left the room to go to the bathroom. Like wtf ? @kick

[Dima A🌸🌸🌸 @ladydimaa]

@eFiend_ @jondelarroz I concur. Although grandpa being manipulated by the oil princess does make this a bit of a sheep-on-sheep situation

Come on guys, we need more REAL applicants 😭

Holy shit is everyone associated with this platform a liar?

Yes, creators fake their numbers. Kick also inflates numbers. They boost partnered creators to keep them happy and on the platform

Hiding viewcounts gives them even more freedom to selectively promote whoever they want

[yeet @Awk20000]

Kick CEO Eddie says he’s aware of many big streamers who faked their way to fame using bots

"Some ppl are very big in the streaming world bc they have faked their way to the top, there's many..I know a lot of them that've done a very good..very smart, they've used these bots to completely fake it till they made it..very clever kids and adults"

"But I think this has to stop..we have to put less emphasis on this number..tell streamers to hide their view counts..it will not effect ur discoverability on the platform (Kick)"

I don’t know who needs this right now, but hey it’s not too late and you still have time. Life can happen and it sucks, it’ll bring you so much joy and still kick your ass at times. Despite that, you’ll get to where you need to be. If you have something you love and you’re passionate about please feed that side of yourself more. Be kinder and surround yourself with genuine people, that helps make the difference. You got this.

@nmplol @korzawyd criticizing viewbotting on twitch whilst wearing a t-shirt repping the most botted streaming platform is an interesting choice mr polom 🤔

@Dexerto Twitch desperately needs leadership from people who actually grew up in the livestreaming space and understand the culture, incentives and ecosystem beyond raw spreadsheets, statistics and monetization
