Hi @TeamYouTube , we have been given another strike and we have not breached any policy. Recently we've only handled this via DM but after the last experience we want to bring this public to make sure it gets the attention we think it deserves.

We believe are getting targeted either by being reported by individuals, individuals within YouTube who are anti gambling and going on their own agenda outside of YouTube's policy or being reviewed on appeal by individuals who do not care to check the actual content and subject at hand. If not this, then the policy is inconsistent and lacking transparency at the very least.

On the 12th July you got back to us stating our strike was overturned on re appeal. After being given the strike and losing the subsequent appeal someone actually looked at it and you said it was a total mistake your end (screenshot 1)

On the 7th August you got back to us in exactly the same fashion, after a strike, losing the appeal and then re-appeal we were told it was a mistake your end (screenshot 2)

On the 12th August, just 5 days later we got yet another strike, lost the appeal, went to re-appeal and were told that the strike won't get overturned.

Now please be aware during this period, nothing changed in our content, so make of that what you will. The only difference was the agent dealing with the last one which was not overturned, told me all gambling on YouTube was prohibited. This is not the case and there are an unknown amount of gambling channels on YouTube from online casino, live casino, sports betting, poker etc.

In our latest stream that received the strike (https://t.co/8omBjaRRdl), we don't display the casino we are on, we don't have any links to any casinos, we don't have any signposting to any casinos. There is nothing that breaches the sale of regulated goods policy that we got the strike is for.

Please can you give the stream in question a proper review, with fresh eyes and by someone who will be unbiased in review and if we have breached the sale of regulated goods policy please give us a clear and transparent reason as to where so we can take action going forward and shed light on a now recurring issue that has increased in frequency over the last 2 months, after 7 years of streaming on YouTube without issue. Please have some compassion and support for your loyal creators.
