I talk about my disorder a lot because it affects so many people. Many people are afraid to talk about it because of the stigma behind it. I was the same way too, afraid to be judged or ridiculed by something I had no control over.
Please take your mental health seriously and treat others with kindness, regardless of what they’re going through. It’s a struggle sometimes but being bipolar is a huge part of who I am, I deal with it every day. I can’t turn it off and have accepted it. Let’s all be accepting of those around us too 💜
