Dinner tonight is filets in the cast iron on the charcoal grill, grapefruit, avocado, spinach salad and grilled corn on the cob that I froze a while ago.
We are having a mini celebration. Daughter placed 5th at her cross- country meet today. Her time was good. We always celebrate improvement!
I did a compound butter with garlic, tarragon and a touch of lime.
Yummy! The filets are small but have been so very tasty!! Don't know why I thought that I didn't like them.
