@Tesco Why mention amendments when this is clearly not an option. This is extremely confusing and frustrating. It is clearly not helping the situation you are struggling to deal with. I hoped the customer service would be more helpful than this. Why on earth would I ever order again?
@GambiaXperience Although this is a nice post, I feel priority would be better placed contacting your customers. Your website has stated for customers not to get in contact and wait to hear from a member of your team as you are extremely busy!
