In 2018 Paolo Zampolli reached out to Trump, Pompeo, and others “exposing” the Citizens by Investment (CBI) scheme, also called Golden Passports, in the Caribbean and elsewhere. Based on documents I have, it’s as if he wrote a guide to Trump on how to not only create a scheme himself in the US, but utilize the levers of government to gain blackmail on the 100k people who benefitted from the Caribbean scheme. BTW, Paolo is by far the farthest up Trump’s ass than anyone has ever been.
