Blue silk lampas with white floral motifs. Overdress: loose fitting bodice and full skirt; short fitted sleeves with gathered asymmetrical cuffs; sack (Watteau) back; worn over trimmed corset. Petticoat fullness knife pleated into blue linen waistband except at front. Blue linen partial linings.

@TrueCrimeTruths @JLRINVESTIGATES It’s definitely someone that targeted the family, most likely targeting SG. The fact she was taken so soon after Nancy was on SG’s show and the world knew where she lived might have been a factor, could be coincidence.
@wikivictorian I saw a try on if a gown a lady had sewn the other day that was supposed to be inspired by this Worth gown, but the skirt of this original makes it make sense now. I see what she was aiming for and it's spectacular.
