Early run with a cool breeze, a lush start to the day 🌞 Now for a few jobs around the house before heading into town for an afternoon of shopping, credit card, brace yourself 😉 Drinks and dinner with my husband will round off the day perfectly 👌 Have a great day guys 😘

Early gym session today, lovely and cool too. Bumped into one of my gorgeous old bootcamp buddies, so lovely to see him, and nice to know I’ve been missed. Maybe I’ll start thinking about going back 😉 Shade, suncream and water is the way forward today guys 😘

Parkrun with my girls in this heat was equal parts brutal and brilliant 🥵 Sweaty, exhausted and definitely no selfies, but absolutely the best way to start the day 🌞 Enjoy the long weekend guys : stay cool, remember your SPF and water water water! 😘
