@CoE_Call_Centre I went to the electricity department client care offices in Tembisa yesterday there was only ONE person in the office, the lady wrote my details in a book and said I must go home they’ll send someone to help!! Didn’t say anything about the fine and how we can rectify this issue!!

@CoE_Call_Centre Now 05/12/2022 I got a notice that my electricity was reconnected illegally/incorrectly and I’m being fined R4000!! How is that possible ?? Why did the electrician reconnect it incorrectly??
