Outstanding customer service, stood outside by the plane on the runway for over 45 mins in Dublin waiting for flight FR513 to Bristol. No one explained why, just left standing. Dangerous, and absolute joke that we pay for this um service

@SWTCouncil after cleaning up one of your dog poo bins on Monday is the hope it was just an influx over the weekend, to see it today. Then they empty just one at a time. Come on, this is a simple paid for service

@IMOcarwash absolutely horrendous company, charged twice and website claims failed then have to pay for wash, they still took the £40 out of my account as well as the £20 on card. Not able to complain not able to ring them, send email and allegedly they'll get back in 5 days!!
