Your local deranged, heterochromatic, anti-social socialite. Getting more obsessed with FFXIV by the day. Don’t have much else to say, so move along, friend.
@AranTheLichKing@D2020T@sunshine12tan@HelldiversAlert Yeah, this isn’t shown at all but they actually fire entirely different shells. The handheld is 20mm, emancipator is 30mm, and turret is 40mm.
20 has shrapnel, the others don’t.
30 deals less dmg but has higher armor pen.
40 is better dmg and armor pen, but 3 round burst.
@CressCristophe@Dylan_Peace_@HelldiversAlert They actually succeeded in getting the plans iirc, and took most (if not all?) of the planets that we used to build the DSS. Though I do think that a wait time between cyberstan and the cyber-socialism station (CSS, name pending lmao) isn’t unusual at all.
@CharonsSails @ciiuwp I’d argue war strider launch was genuine CBT at the time, but yeah, game is in a much better state than the haters say.
Not to say there isn’t room for improvement—especially transparency regarding hidden changes—but still.
@keekenox@AileInTheValley LITERALLY. I got jumpscared by the large Marrowbreach, screamed in horror, swam away like a little bitch, then went..
“..wait. Did.. did I even take damage..?”
And sure enough, almost everything in the game hits really weak except for like.. the poison clouds, I guess?
@beetlehorn@I__HATE_SOCCER@NoponDigi Someone modded a plastic lawn chair into the game over a throne Vergil sits on near the end of DMCV. It became synonymous with the game’s meme culture, often used to reference DMCV in other games (see Wuthering Waves), but now it’s been added into an official DMC project.
@Actually_Tina@SteveMightSay@MadderR3D1 It’s a solid read tbh, it gives a good deal of insight into character thoughts and motivations we can only really infer or guess at due to their actions. Somnus in particular gets a lot more fleshed out than the game ever tried to do.
..Admittedly he’s still a total bitch. Lmao.
@MadderR3D1 I’m probably one of FFXV’s biggest glazers and even I can tell you it’s an unfinished, sloppily delivered mess. This guy is on some immensely strong drugs if he thinks XVI is as incomplete or somehow worse off than XV.
@Actually_Tina@NoCureForEvil Personally I think it was baffling that she knew *nothing* about her people. She should’ve known about the festival of the reeds at least, given she participated as a child. It would’ve made her seem slightly more competent and aware, imo—but still uneducated about other cultures
