It is overly important to learn CPR and have First Aid Kits in homes & workplaces.

Employers; please have emergency medical care available and train employees on basic first aid skills.

In developed countries, we have defibrillators located in workplaces and public areas like airports, shopping centres, community centres, and train stations. I can't say the same for some other countries.🤯🤦‍♀️ Change is required!

I love the peace of mind I have enjoyed in recent times, and I won't trade it for anything. Back in the days, I could argue like a lawyer. Once I had a point, I would try to prove it.

I have now learnt that proving my point isn't necessary. As soon as I see that the next person is not being open-minded or is just up for an argument, I just say 'Ok'.
