A huge congratulations to @sptacademy. Our Year 5 class loved watching your production of Frozen today. Thank you for inviting us! It was great to see some familiar faces in the cast as well ❄️❄️❄️
After 19 happy years at Ladybridge, our wonderful Deputy Head, Mr Fenwick, is retiring. To mark this, he is raising money to fund a school trip next year for all our children. Please help him end his career with a bang, supporting our special pupils.

Our Key Stage 2 children had a wonderful time last week with #grosvenormuseum staff for our Roman Day. What a way to begin our Rotten Romans Learning Challenge! @cwacmuseums
WE'VE STRUCK GOLD .....
Ladybridge have achieved the School Games Gold award.
Sport and games this year showed us at our best in our lessons, our competitions, our clubs: aiming high, being resilient and showing respect. Best of all, we had great fun!
Great performances by Ladybridge footballers at Larkhill Primary today.
A team of 8 Ladybridge footballers came third in a competition at Larkhill Primary this afternoon. Winning two games, drawing one, scoring 10 goals and only conceding 1, the team played excellently.
We held a hard fought and very enjoyable handball tournament this afternoon. With a last minute goal, Leopards won the final 2-1 against the Panthers.
Thanks to the Stockport County Community trust coaches for helping set up and referee.
The Code Club (Year 6) are learning how to make a Hangman game using JavaScript @northcoders@initforthe@BNI_National. It is so nice to be out on such a wonderful school trip! 😊
Our year 6 children had great time making slime and seeing how much they could make it grow for #BritishScienceWeek2022 we used the @ScienceWeekUK resource pack to get different ideas for 'growing' our slime!
A huge thank you to @waitrose and their #waitrosecommunitymatters scheme. We managed to buy each class their own personal fruit tree and many other resources for our #scienceweek which had the theme of Growth!
Year 4 and 5 have been taking part in the Big Garden Bird Watch this morning, identifying and counting the birds they could see in and around our playground.
Year 3 and 4 Girls football
Last Tuesday our Year 3 and 4 girls took part in a football festival organised by SCFC Community Trust. They enjoyed it enormously and represented our school with respect, resilience and aiming high (but not so high as to miss the goal 😄).
County come to Ladybridge
County stars Ben Barclay and Will Collar visited Ladybridge last Thursday, helping out our SCFC Community Trust coaches teaching tag rugby with Year 4 and 5.
