@anisenot I asked my mom, retired pre-school teacher, about this concept because I read so many books to my toddler and she will likely start learning to read around 3. She already recognizes words but mostly memorizes her books. My mom’s reply was, “I don’t think you can stop her.”

@NathanJRobinson Why isn’t she only buying her daughter clothes from a second hand store or Target? As a kid, I got to shop at KMart and Target while my friends went to Macys and Gap. That wasn’t fair! 😂 (I loved when they gave me their hand-me-downs.)
