The Oklahoma City Thunder have agreed to an Exhibit 10 deal with Javonte Cooke, agent Jerry Dianis told @hoopshype. Cooke spent last season with the Iowa Wolves and averaged 16.8 points, 5.1 rebounds, 3.7 assists, and 1.1 steals per game.
