This has been one of my most complex builds,

Connecting apps from scratch. Running into errors I had never seen before. Spending hours debugging one node just to realise the problem was a single space in a field name, Restarting entire sections of the workflow because the architecture was wrong.

Testing, breaking, fixing, testing again

But I kept going, And I finally got it to work.

I built an AI system that responds to aesthetic clinic DMs instantly, qualifies leads using real clinic pricing, books consultations automatically, remembers returning patients, and notifies the clinic owner on Slack all while they are with another patient.

—> No missed leads.

—> No slow replies.

—>No extra staff. Running 24/7.

Here is what is powering it under the hood,
#N8n as the automation engine, #Claude AI as the brain, #Airtable as the live service database, and #Cal.com handling the bookings.

Every single piece had to be wired together from scratch and made to talk to each other seamlessly.

Meet Clover. A fresh grocery delivery brand I built entirely from scratch for this project.

Crazy story, I spent more days creating the assets than I did on the video and editing. The brand identity, the world, the character, the shot list, everything locked before a single frame was generated.

Today I built an AI customer service bot that actually thinks before it replies.

Not a chatbot with three canned responses. A real workflow that reads what a customer actually says, decides what they need, and writes a unique, human-sounding reply every single time.

Here's what it does:

Someone fills out an inquiry form. The system logs it instantly, pings me on Telegram so I know in real time, then reads the message and routes it intelligently.

If they're asking about rates, Claude (Anthropic's AI) pulls in the current rate and writes a warm, natural reply using their name. If they're asking about something else entirely, it reads the actual question and responds to that specifically instead of falling back on a generic template.

The hardest part wasn't the AI, It was making the AI sound like a person. My first few test replies came back polished, bulleted, and completely lifeless. Getting it to write 2-3 sentences like an actual text message took more tuning than the entire technical setup.

I'm not a developer. I learned to build this by breaking it repeatedly and figuring out why, one error message at a time.

If you run a business and you're still replying to every customer message manually, there's a version of this that could be working for you while you sleep.

That's the difference between a nice picture and something you can build from.

MATH OR PHYSICS STUDENT,

this one's important. Most Al chatbots aren't really calculating your answer, they're predicting what it's likely to be based on patterns.

That's not the same thing. Wolfram Alpha actually calculates. Pair it with ChatGPT and now you've got real math backed by an explanation that makes sense.

If you're in LINGUISTICS,

Claude is the one.

It's just better at picking up on metaphor, tone, and nuance, and it doesn't sound like a robot wrote it.

And if you're an ACCOUNTING or FINANCE student, look into Trullion.

It automates your financial reports, flags mismatches or potential fraud before they become a problem, and keeps everything aligned with international accounting standards.
