@sainsburys Iโve just been shopping and used scan and shop. I scanned 2 items of clothing for my daughter and thought weโd removed both. 1 had the wrong price and the other had the wrong size. Iโve come home and checked and Iโve paid for this cardigan. Can anyone help?

@claires anyone responding to your customer queries in the ๐ฌ๐ง? I received my order on the 3rd Oct, a pair of earrings were missing so I contacted customer service. Ive had no response besides your automated one which was on 3rd Oct! They were for a birthday which has been missed!
