Many players who are not from Vietnam but have their account location set to Vietnam are now unable to go back to global Roblox.
They are stuck on Roblox VNG and can’t switch back.

According to Roblox Support, the only solution is to create a new global account on official Roblox website, which will not be connected to VNG.

Of the 7 channels I had under the same email, 3 are STILL deleted — and here’s the absurd part: those 3 channels had literally ZERO videos uploaded. Nothing. Empty. Deleted anyway.

On top of that, I’m now dealing with an insane shadowban. I went from over 1 MILLION views a day to practically zero overnight. A channel buried for no reason, after a penalty for something I never did wrong.

And the support? A complete joke. They keep sending me the same automated, AI-generated slop responses over and over, throwing me links that lead nowhere and show nothing. No real help, no real answers, no actual human who understands the case — just endless copy-paste replies that solve absolutely nothing.

You did eventually give one channel back, but the story isn’t over: I did nothing wrong, I got punished, I had to beg to recover what was mine, and now I have to revive a channel that’s been buried for no reason. Is this really how you treat creators? Fix this.

Now many of those supporters have had their X accounts suspended.

The timeline has been posted.

The screenshots have been posted.

Yet I’m still waiting for one genuine human review of my 40,000 subscriber channel.

Today is 90 days, and I already reapplied for monetization. I made major changes to my channel by deleting some videos and improving my content.

I am a real creator, not someone mass-producing or making inauthentic content. Every video is created by my own hands. I start with my own ideas and research from various sources, then transform them into original 3D Roblox animations. After that, I edit everything myself in CapCut, adding my own commentary, sound effects, and storytelling.

I was not expecting a termination related to spam, repetitive, or inauthentic content because everything on my channel is original and made by me. Also, please do not issue a violation for a related channel, as this is my only monetized account.

I respectfully request that a real human carefully review my entire channel and not rely solely on automated template responses. I have put countless hours into creating original content and hope my channel can receive a fair and individual review.

@TeamYouTube, I have carefully read YouTube's Spam, Deceptive Practices and Scams Policy as well as the Impersonation Policy, and I genuinely do not believe my channel violated either of them. My channel had its own unique branding, profile picture, and identity. My content was edited and transformative, and I did not intend to impersonate any person, creator, or brand.

I'm also confused because YouTube Studio states my channel was terminated for Spam, Deceptive Practices and Scams, while the official appeal email states Impersonation Policy. Since these are different policies, I kindly ask for clarification and a human review of my case.

If I unintentionally made any mistake, I would appreciate the opportunity to understand it and correct it. I respectfully ask that my channel be reviewed manually, as I believe this termination may have been made in error.

Why does YouTube ignore terminated creators asking for a human review?

I can almost guarantee my channel would not have been terminated on May 13 if YouTube’s upload systems had been functioning normally.

Between approximately 5:40 AM and 6:00 AM on May 13, I repeatedly attempted to upload a single video because uploads were failing during a documented YouTube outage. Other creators were reporting the exact same upload issues during the same time period, and TeamYouTube later acknowledged problems affecting uploads across the platform.

The reason I kept retrying is simple: nothing was uploading successfully.

I have included screenshots from my own account showing uploads functioning normally around the same time of day before May 13. In one example, a video was uploading successfully at approximately 5:39 AM, displaying the title, thumbnail, and upload progress as expected.

On May 13, that wasn’t happening.

Uploads were appearing as “Untitled Video,” getting stuck processing, and failing to upload correctly. Instead of behaving normally, the upload system appeared to freeze, which is why I kept retrying the upload.

My channel had been active for around five months. It had no strikes and was operating normally before this happened. I had received one warning on a single video in the past, but the channel continued growing, uploading, and functioning normally afterward.

I regularly uploaded Shorts content, generated tens of thousands of views, and followed the same upload routine for months without issue.

Then a documented outage occurred.

Uploads began failing.

Repeated upload attempts followed because nothing was successfully uploading.

Shortly afterward, my channel was terminated.

I understand those repeated upload attempts may have triggered automated spam detection systems. My point is that those upload attempts would never have occurred if YouTube’s upload systems had been functioning correctly that morning.

I have already provided screenshots, timelines, support conversations, and evidence showing the outage occurred during the same time window as my upload attempts.

The May 13 outage is a documented event that anyone can verify.

I’m still waiting for a human review of my 40,000 subscriber channel termination.

Day 84 of being demonetized without any clear violation.

Before creating my Shorts, I carefully read YouTube's policies. My channel was flagged for "inauthentic content," but this does not align with the videos I create. I do not make AI-generated or mass-produced content. Every video starts from my own ideas, followed by research, heavy editing, and my own commentary. I put significant time and effort into creating educational content.
For the past 84 days, I have been respectfully seeking a real human review, but I have only received template responses. Whenever I ask for clarification, I am not told which videos violate the policy, and my conversations are often closed without addressing my concerns.
You previously advised me to contact email support, but the response I received was:

"It looks like our team had already reviewed your appeal."

With all due respect, please don't say again, "Since you're already in touch with our Creator Support team," because I have already followed that advice. After 84 days, I still haven't been given the opportunity for a genuine human review.

I respectfully request one real human reviewer to take another look at my channel and monetization decision. I'm not asking for special treatment only a fair review and the chance to understand what went wrong.

Content creation is my livelihood and helps support my family. Despite this difficult situation, I remain hopeful and believe in the fairness of the platform.
