👉🏽Residents urged to maintain hygiene, drink safe water, and report symptoms immediately.

Update on the Cholera Outbreak in Lagos State.
👉Cholera Confirmation: Laboratory tests have confirmed that the outbreak is due to Cholera. The identified strain is highly aggressive and contagious, with potential for widespread dissemination.

Lagos confirms outbreak of severe gastroenteristis is caused by cholera.
To contain the outbreak, the Public Health Emergency Operations Center (EOC) is activated and residents are enjoined to support government effort by adhering to personal, and environmental hygiene.
