So far, 2026 has been good to me. Finished a first draft for my sixth story, The Raft Of Redemption and I am almost halfway on my seventh story, The Curse Of The Dutch Goat Rider.
Those creepy, adventurous, fantasy novels are just coming out fine. Keep it going!

@Mary_ork I have written six books so far over the past seven years. This year I try to write two stories and next year another two. But none of them have been published yet. I keep on rewriting them and finding the right style for my illustrations is time consuming as well.

I would love to see my main character Waldorf Gumsikle 3D-printed and put it on my desk to look at it every time I write about him. Does anyone have advice how to print this on a budget?

A new day, a new chapter. A giant mug full of coffee and a head full of ideas. I write the story in a notebook first before I type it up. That way it already 'digests' in my brain. I find it easier this way than staring at a blanc Word.document on a screen. what about you?

Writing fictional stories for middle-graders has kept me sane over the last seven years. Now that I found out it's so healing, I can't stop writing.

I'm on a roll. Eight chapters written in the past two weeks. When your imagination is on fire and only tiredness cam make you put your pen down. I'm glad I forgot how to spell 'writer's block'.

Designing one of the new main characters for my seventh story 'The Curse of the Dutch Goat Rider'. Maude Bessie is the one who helps Waldorf to defeat the Dutchman who terrorizes the Yorkshire Dales with his gang of thieves.
