@AskLyft I’d like to dispute a cancellation fee claiming the driver had already invested 7 minutes into my route when the app clearly showed he was finishing up another ride for someone else. This is a simple automated app glitch, but there’s no way to report it. Help. 🙏🏼

Welp, Airline change fees hit an all time low today. Need to change travel plans; tried to simply cancel my @Delta flight so they could resell the seat to someone else. They want to CHARGE me to cancel. It’s one thing to not offer a refund, but to want more money is ludicrous.

@elonmusk Your proposal devalues the meaning of the badge. A blue badge should be earned, not bought. If you want to sell the less ads + priority response thing, then make a separate VIP membership for that purpose. "Verified" versus "paying" are two different things.
