@VirginMediaCorp Any idea when our internet will be restored? Almost 24 hours without it now and promises that it will be sorted have come to nothing and we need this for work! I’m guessing we’re still paying for this (non) service though! 😡🙄

@virginmedia So. Despite sending me another link to “help” then advising I need to call and that the offices are open from 7am - I called at 7.15 and went through the nightmare rigmarole of your call system to be told “our offices are closed. Goodbye”!!!!!! 😡

@virginmedia Sadly it still hasn’t come back. He told me it would be reinstated and switched back on by 4 today. It’s not. We have to work tomorrow and have no internet. 😡😡

@virginmedia Not an outage. I gave you 30 days notice and someone switched off all the services with immediate effect. Thankfully managed to speak to the most helpful person who has reinstated it for now!!
