@AmericanAir That was the WORST service I’ve experienced- AA told me that traveling w/ a handicap was my “personal problem” and they couldn’t help me find hotels to sleep overnight. The rebook wasn’t a direct flight, had a connecting which was more of a inconvenience w/ a handicap passenger.
